Well done Vortex!
I bought this scope about a month ago in preparation for my 3 gun rifle build. I finally got to the range yesterday and put the first rounds downrange with the new rifle. The scope is very clear and easy to adjust and I love the backlit reticle. The adjustments are very precise and repeatable as would be expected from a top end brand like Vortex. I was a little disappointed that the clicks were 1/2" MOA and not something more precise but as you can tell by my 100 yard target it didnt really matter. :) All in all an excellent bang for your buck with features that far exceed other mfgs scopes in the same price point. Well done Vortex!

Hi Shane. We do not have a hard date for Vortex Strike Eagle. Vortex has not provided it. We have several on backorder, but nothing as of yet. Have you placed an order? If not, you should. We will fill existing orders first when we get our batch.
Question
This scope I imagine is intended for the AR 15/ 5.56 rifle. Would it be fine to mount on aa slightly stronger mini 30 which shoots the ak round. (7.62x39)

Hi Tony. The user manual for the Vortex Strike Eagle scope provides BDC drops for a .308. So I would think you should not have a problem with your setup.

Hi Ronnie. Do you mean in terms of the recoil? If so, I don't expect there to be any issue with the Strike Eagle on a .308 caliber.

Hi Padam. I am not aware of night capabilities on Strike Eagle scopes. By "night mode" do you mean as a standalone night vision scope or to combine with some sort of night vision device?
