Will this work with the Reap-IR? Also how reliable is the return to zero and lastly does it lock into place at both open and closed positions? Thanks

Hi. To our knowledge this Trijicon mount is designed for IR Patrol thermal monoculars only. it certainly does not flap around in the open state if that is what you are asking.
