Questions on Armasight Extended Battery Pack for all Armasight Thermal and Digital Devices
Q: how much delivered to the UK
A: Please provide your specific postal code. Thanks.
Q: What type/size batteries does the unit take?
A: Hi Jeff. This Extended Battery Pack takes two 18650 (included) type rechargeable batteries or four CR123A Lithium batteries or CR123 type rechargeable batteries (Charger is included). Up to 8 hours of extended operational time.
Q: My battery pack confuses me, I place new batteries, Ive tried CR123 and 18650 and my Armasight Predator still displays the battery as the lowest possible power mode and my screen is slightly wavy compared to using the default batteries...is this normal?
A: Hi Greg. I will ask one of our product experts to give you a call. Sometimes for such highly specific questions it may even be better to contact Armasight directly. But as a first step I will have one of our guys get back to you.
Q: Will this fit the Predator 2-8x25mm 60hz model available on your site? Also... Does this come with the actual charging unit or just the battery pack? What charger would work with this pack? I am very happy with the Predator thermal scope. It was more than I expected and build very ruggedly.
A: Hi Erick. I made a mistake yesterday when responding to you. The old power pack did not charge batteries, but the new version works as a charger. You do not need to buy anything additional.
Q: Are the rechargeable batteries ok to use in all the armasight drones pro's.
A: hi Mike. Many customers do use rechargeable batteries, but the danger is that such batteries can output inconsistent voltage resulting in damage to the night vision scope. You should only use high end batteries and ideally clear the specifications with the manufacturer.
